weaving hands : my mother is a weaver, healer, spinner. these are pictures of two of her looms, which make me think of pulling taffy and state fairs and better times and simplicity. but there is a lot of complexity in all these strings and connections. some are slack and some are harnessed taut. unfinished projects by someone who owned the loom before her. i think someday she'll finish them up right.
